NWF Group plc: Directorate Change

NWF Group plc, the specialist agricultural and distribution business, today announces that Johnathan Ford, Group Finance Director, has decided to leave the company to become Chief Financial Officer of HomeServe plc ("HomeServe"), starting in October 2012. Mr Ford will work with NWF to find a successor and will remain in his current position until he joins the Board of HomeServe.

Richard Whiting, Chief Executive NWF, commented: "It has been a pleasure to work with Johnathan and I, on behalf of the Board, wish him every success in the future. During his three years with the Group he has made a significant contribution to the performance of the business. We have already begun our search for his successor and will update shareholders in due course."

In line with its usual practice the Group will make a period end trading update in June.
