Notification of Directors Interest / Dividend Reinvestment

Following payment of the Chesnara final dividend on 23 May 2016, the Company received notification on 14 June 2016 that the cash dividend paid on 23 May 2016 had been reinvested to purchase 257 Chesnara ordinary five pence shares on behalf of Mike Evans, Non-Executive Director, on 13 June 2016, at a purchase price of 304.76 pence.

Following this dividend reinvestment purchase Mike Evans has an interest in 6,709 ordinary shares in Chesnara plc.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a).
