Notification of Director or PDMR share interest
In common with all eligible employees, each executive director and member of the Executive Committee of Travis Perkins plc ('the Company') may participate in the Company's Buy As You Earn scheme by purchasing Partnership Shares which are ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('shares'), which may be purchased using deductions from pre-tax salary either monthly or by one-off lump sum. On 6th June 2011 the following purchases of Partnership Shares were made at a price of 1053.0p, as a result of which the persons named below have the beneficial interests in shares set out below:-
