The board of Travis Perkins plc ("the Company") was notified on 2nd September of the sale of 1,545 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("shares") at a price of 775.62p per share by Sarah Hampden Smith wife of Paul Hampden Smith (Director) on 26th August 2011. As a result of which Mr Hampden Smith now has a beneficial interest in 283,870 ordinary shares of 10p each representing 0.1173% of the issued share capital.
