The board of Travis Perkins plc ("the Company") has been notified on 1 September 2011 of the sale by Joseph Mescall of ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("shares"), following the exercise of nil cost options under the Deferred Share Bonus Plan on 1 September 2011.
