Notification of Director Dealings

In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a), Communisis plc announces that it has today been notified of the following dealings by certain Directors of the Company in the Company's shares in relation to their entitlement to purchase shares under the Company's open offer.

Peter Hickson, Chairman, has notified the Company that he purchased 110,778 ordinary shares at a price of 40p per share under the open offer. This acquisition brings Mr Hickson's total shareholding in the Company to 1,360,778 ordinary shares representing 0.712% of the issued share capital.

Andy Blundell, Chief Executive, has notified the Company that he purchased 6,203 ordinary shares at a price of 40p per share under the open offer. This acquisition brings Mr Blundell's total shareholding in the Company to 76,203 ordinary shares representing 0.040% of the issued share capital.

Michael Firth, Non-Executive Director, has notified the Company that he purchased 17,720 ordinary shares at a price of 40p per share under the open offer. This acquisition brings Mr Firth's total shareholding in the Company to 233,674 ordinary shares representing 0.122% of the issued share capital.

Dave Rushton, Group Managing Director, has notified the Company that he has purchased 580 ordinary shares at a price of 40p per share under the open offer. This acquisition brings Mr Rushton's total shareholding in the Company to 7,129 ordinary shares representing 0.004% of the issued share capital.

John Wells, Group Commercial Director, has notified the Company that he has purchased 18,835 ordinary shares at a price of 40p per share under the open offer. This acquisition brings Mr Wells' total shareholding in the Company to 231,371 ordinary shares representing 0.121% of the issued share capital.

Each of the transactions notified above took place on 6 March 2013 in London and relate to transactions notified to the Company in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R.
