Notification of Death of Non Executive Director
It is with deep regret that the Board of MTI Wireless Edge (AIM: MWE) announces that Stewart Millman, Non Executive Director and Chairman of the Remuneration and Audit Committee passed away on Tuesday, June 19th. Stewart had been with MTI Wireless since its floatation in 2006, during which time he provided an invaluable contribution to the Company.
Dov Feiner, Chief Executive Officer, commented: "On behalf of everyone at MTI Wireless, I would like to express our heartfelt condolences to Stewart's family and friends. He was an inspiring person who provided the board with invaluable advice and guidance. Stewart will be deeply missed by us all."
