Notification of Change of Interest
Herencia notes that following the recent takeover of Mineral Securities Limited by Copperco Limited, Copperco now have an interest in 279,400,000 ordinary shares in Herencia, through their holding in Mineral Securities Limited, which represents an indirect interest in 46% of the issued share capital of the Company and 46% of the total voting rights of the Company. This takeover should have no impact on Herencia as the Company's management and strategy remain unchanged.
