NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF AUDITOR

GAME Digital plc (the "Company") announces that following a comprehensive tender process Deloitte LLP ("Deloitte") have resigned as the Company's auditor with effect from 1 November 2016 and that BDO LLP are proposed to be appointed for the financial year ending 29 July 2017. This appointment remains subject to approval by shareholders at the Company's annual general meeting in January 2016.

Deloitte first audited the Group's main trading company GAME Retail Limited for the period ended July 2012. After five years of service from Deloitte, the Company's board of directors reviewed the appointment of its auditors. The Company's Audit and Risk Committee and senior management conducted the tender process and investigated different options where it believed it could continue to receive exceptional service, but could potentially reduce the cost of the audit process. It successfully concluded its tender process and met its objectives. The Company's board of directors extends its appreciation to Deloitte for their contribution over recent years.

As required by section 519(1) of the Companies Act 2006, Deloitte have deposited a statement with the Company setting out the reasons why they have resigned as auditor of the Company.

In accordance with the requirements of section 520(2)(a) of the Companies Act 2006, a copy of the statement received from Deloitte will be sent to all shareholders, together with an explanatory letter from the Company's Chief Financial Officer, Mark Gifford.

The Company announces that the following documents will be submitted electronically to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM:

· Letter from Deloitte, including a statement of the reasons why they have resigned as auditor of the Company; and

· Chief Financial Officer's explanatory letter.

The documents will also be made available on the Investor Relations section of the Company's website at www.gamedigitalplc.com
