Notification of Change in Shareholding in PJSC TransContainer
On 21 April 2020, PJSC TransContainer ("TransContainer" or the "Company") (LSE: TRCN; MOEX: TRCN) was notified that LLC Delo-Center, a subsidiary of Delo Group, acquired 6,897,511 shares in TransContainer as a result of the mandatory Offer made to the Company's minority shareholders in January 2020. Delo-Center's stake in TransContainer therefore increased from 50% to 99.6%.
