Notification of Change in Shareholding in OJSC TransContainer
OJSC TransContainer ("TransContainer" or the "Company") (LSE: TRCN) has been notified that NATIXIS S.A. reduced its holding of ordinary shares and Global Depositary Receipts in TransContainer from a total of 15.2178% to 14.5854% on 12 August 2013.
