John Barton, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, is a director of Luceco Limited and will become Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of Luceco plc when this company's admission to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange becomes effective, expected to be on 20 October 2016.
