In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Superdry announces that Pennpetro Energy Plc ("Pennpetro"), a company which Keith Edelman, Senior Independent Director of the Company, has been a Director of since May 2017, has today been admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities. Keith's role at Pennpetro, with immediate effect, is that of a Non-Executive Director and Chairman.
