Notification of Board Committee Changes

P2P Global Investments Plc (the "Company")

NOTIFICATION OF BOARD COMMITTEE CHANGES

The Company announces that following a review of its Board Committee structure and composition, the Remuneration & Nominations Committee will be split into two separate committees being the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, the Committees shall be comprised as follows with immediate effect:

· Remuneration Committee: Mahnaz Safa (Chairman), Simon King, Michael Cassidy, Stuart Cruickshank

· Nomination Committee: Stuart Cruickshank (Chairman), Simon King, Michael Cassidy, Mahnaz Safa
