Notification of Board Changes

SANNE, the global provider of alternative asset and corporate services, announces that Andy Pomfret, Senior Independent Director (SID) and Chair of the Audit Committee has decided to step down from the Board at the May 2021 Annual General Meeting.

Andy will have served on the Board for six years in March 2021 and following the recent announcement that he has been appointed Chairman of Sabre Insurance Group plc, has decided that the time is right to retire.

Rupert Robson, Chairman of SANNE said, "Andy has been a great asset to our Board, having served as SID and Chairman of the Audit Committee since the IPO in 2015. I would like to thank Andy on behalf of us all for his significant contribution throughout."

Mel Carvill, Chair of the Risk Committee will replace Andy as SID following Andy's departure.

A process is currently underway to appoint a further independent non-executive director to replace Andy.
