Notification of Board changes

Aggreko plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Dame Nicola Brewer as a Non-executive Director with effect from 25 February 2016.

Nicola is currently Vice Provost International of University College of London and is a former Senior Diplomat at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and a British High Commissioner to South Africa. She has also worked for the Department for International Development where she developed aid programmes in Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Latin America.

Robert MacLeod will retire as a Non-executive Director with effect from the close of Aggreko's annual general meeting on 28 April 2016. Ian Marchant, Non-executive Director will succeed him as Chairman of the Audit Committee. Robert MacLeod will be appointed as a Non-executive Director of RELX NV and RELX PLC, subject to shareholder approval at the respective annual general meetings to be held on 20 and 21 April 2016. He will also be appointed as a Non-executive Director of RELX Group plc. This disclosure is made pursuant to paragraph 9.6.14(2) of the Listing Rules.
