The Board of JPMorgan Emerging Europe, Middle East & Africa Securities plc (the Company) announces that Nicholas Pink will be standing down as a Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Commenting on Nicholas Pink's decision to stand down, Eric Sanderson, the Company's Chairman, said:
