Ra'anana, Israel, 28 July 2008: Emblaze Ltd announces that it has posted to shareholders a circular giving notice of the Group's annual general meeting, which will be held at 2.30 pm on Monday 01 September 2008 at the Bailey Room, The Mermaid Conference and Events Centre, Puddle Dock, Blackfriars, London EC4V 3DB, United Kingdom.

The management of Emblaze will take the opportunity of the annual general meeting to give an update on the Group's trading and answer shareholders questions.
