Notification of Annual General Meeting

15 May 2015. Moscow, Russia. - JSC ROSSETI (LSE: RSTI) (the "Company"), the largest electricity transmission and distribution grid company in Russia, today announces that the Board of Directors set 30 June 2015 as the date of the Company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("AGM").

The AGM will take place at 11:00 a.m. Moscow time at the following address: 1st Zachatievsky Pereulok 4, Moscow.

Registration of shareholders participating in the AGM is to start at 9:30 a.m. Moscow time on 30 June 2015.

The record date for shareholders entitled to participate in the AGM is 26 May 2015.
