STV Group plc - Notification of analyst event

STV Group plc will this evening be hosting a dinner in London for analysts to provide further details of the core broadcasting business, STV. The presentation will not contain a trading update.

The Board confirms that trading continues in line with the IMS made on 21 April 2010 and the Board remains confident of meeting its 2010 expectations.

This evening's dinner will be attended by Richard Findlay, Chairman; Rob Woodward, Chief Executive Officer; George Watt, Chief Financial Officer; and members of the Leadership Team.
