Further to the Company's Issue of Equity announcement on 20 January 2026 in respect of the allotment of new Ordinary Shares under the Company's Flexible Dividend Reinvestment scheme and following the admission to trading of those new Ordinary Shares, the following additional information is disclosed in accordance with The Public Offers and Admissions to Trading Regulations 2024 (POATRs) PRM 1.6.4R.

Total Voting Rights
In accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:
(i) as at 30th January 2026, the Company's share capital consists of 274,046,551 B Ordinary shares with voting rights; and
(ii) the Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 274,046,551.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
