30.07.2018 - Report 16/2018: Notification of acquisition of Bank's phantom shares performed by person discharging managerial responsibilities at the Bank, in connection with the execution of the Variable Compensation Systems in force at the Bank for the Management Staff, obtained under the Article 19 section 1 of the MAR Resolution

Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna ("Bank") hereby informs, that the Bank on 27th July 2018 received from person discharging managerial responsibilities at the Bank, the Notification of acquisition of Bank's phantom shares performed by person discharging managerial responsibilities at the Bank, in connection with the execution of the Variable Compensation Systems in force at the Bank for the Management Staff. The Notification is attached herewith.
