Αthens, December 23, 2021 - Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A. ("OTE S.A." or the "Company") announces that Mr. Panagiotis Tabourlos, member of the Board of Directors of the OTE Group company, COSMOTE S.A., according to his transaction notification to the Company dated 23/12/2021, sold 9,000 shares of OTE S.A. for a total value of €147,607.04 on 22/12/2021.
