Notification of 1H 2017 Results Announcement, Conference Call

21 August 2017. Moscow, Russia. - PJSC ROSSETI (LSE: RSTI) (the "Company"), the largest electricity transmission and distribution grid company in Russia, will announce its unaudited interim condensed consolidated IFRS financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2017 on 29 August 2017.

The Company will hold a conference call for investors and analysts at 15:00 Moscow time (13:00 London / 08:00 New York) on 29 August 2017.

The conference call will be held in Russian with simultaneous translation into English on a separate line.
