Notification of transaction in shares by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
The following PDMRs notified the Company today that on 16th April 2009 they were granted options to acquire the number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each listed against their name at a price of 25 pence and 50 pence respectively per share under the Company's 2000 Share Option Plan Portfolio.
This notification is made pursuant to The Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a).
