NOTIFICATION IN TERMS OF SOUTH AFRICAN ACT

The following amendment has been made to the 'Notification in terms of section 122(3) of the Companies Act and section 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements' announcement released on 24 March 2015 at 11:19 under RNS No 3076I.

In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008 ("the Act"), and section 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, holders of N ordinary shares in the Company are advised that The Capital Group Companies, Inc. on behalf of its clients, has acquired a beneficial interest in N ordinary shares of the Company ("the securities"), such that all its beneficial interests of the securities of the Company amount to 5,0186% of the total number of N ordinary shares in issue.

All other details remain unchanged.
