In accordance with LR 9.6.14R (2), Vedanta Resources plc announces that Ravi Rajagopal, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, was appointed as non-executive chairman of Fortis Healthcare Limited on 1 June 2018. He has been an independent non-executive director of Fortis Healthcare Limited since 27 April 2018.
