Premier Foods announces that Simon Bentley, non-executive director and Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee, has separately been appointed as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of SimiGon Ltd, a global leader in modelling, simulation and training solutions, with effect from 1 August 2019.
