Report 26/2015: Notification from the Bank Guarantee Fund on the realization of payments of guaranteed funds

With reference to the Report no. 25/2015 of 24 November 2015, Management Board of Bank Pekao S.A. ("the Bank") hereby informs that on 26 November 2015 the Bank received a notification from Bank Guarantee Fund ("BFG") on the Bank's obligation to contribute to BFG the amount of PLN 234 million for the purpose of payments of the funds guaranteed to the depositors of Spółdzielczy Bank Rzemiosła i Rolnictwa w Wołominie (the Co-operative Crafts and Agriculture Bank in Wołomin) by 30 November 2015. 

The above amount shall have an impact on the financial results of the Bank for Q4 2015 and will be tax deductible.
