Ra'anana, Israel, 11 December 2008 - Due to recent publications in the Israeli press and in order to clarify matters, Eli Reifman has informed the company that 17,353,000 of his shares that were bought via personal loans were pledged to secure these loans, and that he intends to release the pledges in the future via liquidation of some of his personal assets.
