Notification and Public Disclosure of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
InfraStrata plc (AIM: INFA), the UK quoted company focused on strategic infrastructure projects and physical asset life-cycle management, announces that Judith Tweed, Director of Islandmagee Energy Limited, the Company's 100% subsidiary which owns the Company's flagship Islandmagee gas storage project, has purchased 3,125,000 ordinary shares of 0.01p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Following this transaction, Judith Tweed has a total beneficial interest in 3,125,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.07% of the Company's issued share capital.
