Kingswalk Investments Limited (AIM: KWI), announces that it has recently been notified that:

Esquire Investments B.V. controls the voting rights in respect of 3,209,435 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company, which constitute 7.55% of the total voting rights that exist in respect of the Company's issued share capital.

Ascona Capital Limited controls the voting rights in respect of 1,686,251 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company which constitute 3.97% of the total voting rights that exist in respect of the Company's issued share capital.
