Following this purchase, Howard Crosby holds41,780,632 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 29.899 per cent. of theCompany's issued share capital of 139,734,602 ordinary shares of 0.5p each. Mr. Crosby, 53, has over 30 years in the investment banking industry and hasfounded and managed over 15 publicly traded companies. His emphasis is on themining and natural resources sector. Early in his career he was the VicePresident of UNC Nuclear Industries, a division of United Nuclear Corporation,which at the time was extensively involved in uranium exploration and productionin the western United States. Currently he is also the Vice Chairman anddirector of Cadence Resources Corporation having previously been the Presidentof Cadence. Mr. Crosby was one of the original founders of Cadence resourcesand has been instrumental in growing the market capitalization of Cadence fromunder 1 million dollars to over 450 million dollars. Cadence is currentlylisted on the NASDAQ exchange. Mr. Crosby is also a director of White MountainTitanium as well as a director of High Plains Uranium. Both companies arelisted on the public exchanges in North America. Mr. Crosby is also a directorand driving force behind Platinum Diversified Mining Plc.
