Of theseshares, 1,405,700 were held as custodian for its customers and will beregistered in the name of Goldman Sachs Securities (Nominees), Limited and395,000 arose from a beneficial interest and will be registered at CREST inaccount CREPTEMP. This represents the entire holding of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. in theissued share capital of the Company.
