London Branch, CitigroupCentre, Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London E14 5LB that, as at, 18th January2006 Standard Life Investments acquired 7,722 shares on behalf of Standard LifeGroup and therefore had a notifiable interest (including material andnon-material interests) in 34,285,549 ordinary 1p shares in the Companyrepresenting 14% of the issued share capital.
