Notices of AGM, Trading Update and Interim Results dates
Purplebricks Group plc ('Purplebricks' or 'the Company'), the hybrid estate agency, announces that its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held at 9am on 19 October 2018 at the offices of Instinctif Partners, 65 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7NQ.
Copies of the 2018 Annual Report, Notice of the Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy will be sent to shareholders later this month and will also be available on the Company's investor website www.purplebricksplc.com.
Given the proximity of the AGM to the Company's 31 October half year period end, Purplebricks will issue one trading update covering the first six months of its financial year on 6 November 2018.
The interim results for the six months ended 31 October 2018 are expected to be announced on 13 December 2018.
