NOTICE UNDER S630(4) OF THE CORPORATIONS ACT
This notice is issued under section 630(4) of the Corporations Act by Roc Oil Company Limited (ABN 32 075 965 856) (ROC) in relation to ROC's takeover offer for Anzon Australia Limited (ABN 46 107 406 771) dated 13 August 2008, as set out in the replacement Bidder's Statement dated 7 August 2008.
ROC gives notice that the condition in section 10.8(b) of the Bidder's Statement relating to foreign investment approval has been satisfied.
