If you have sold or transferred all of your shares in the Fund (as defined below), please pass this document at once to the purchaser or transferee or to the stockbroker, bank or other agent through whom the sale or transfer was effected for transmission to the purchaser or transferee as soon as possible.
Capitalised terms used herein shall bear the same meaning as capitalised terms used in the Prospectus dated 16 June 2025. Copies of the Prospectus are available upon request during normal business hours from the registered office of the Company or from the local representative of the Company in each jurisdiction in which the sub-funds of the Company are registered for public distribution.
In accordance with the current policy of the Central Bank, this document has not been reviewed by the Central Bank.

Dear Shareholder,
We are writing to you as a Shareholder in the Fund, a sub-fund of Invesco Markets III plc (the "Company") to inform you of the following upcoming changes to the Fund.
Background and changes
The Fund currently achieves its investment objective by employing a sampling strategy to receive the performance of the relevant index which it tracks. The Investment Manager is proposing to amend the investment policy of the Fund to move to a full replication strategy.
In addition, the index provider has updated the index methodology tracked by the Fund whereby the index may include US Dollar-denominated bonds issued by corporations where the country is assigned as Australia, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States according to FTSE Fixed Income Methodology.
The changes are expected to facilitate the Fund's continued compliance with UCITS diversification limits.
The changes will not result in a material change to the Fund's investment objective.
The changes will take effect on or around 02 March 2026. The prospectus will be amended in due course to reflect these changes and will be available to Shareholders free of charge. Should you wish to redeem your shareholding as a result of these changes, you may do so in accordance with the dealing provisions outlined in the prospectus.

Shareholders may obtain the Prospectus, a copy of the Supplements, the key investor information and key information documents, the latest annual and semi-annual reports and copies of the M&A free of charge from the registered office of the Manager or the local representatives in the countries where the Company is registered and in Switzerland at BNP Paribas Securities Services, Paris, succursale de Zurich, Selnaustrasse 16, 8002 Zurich which is the Swiss representative and paying agent, as well as from the German information agent Marcard, Stein & Co AG, Ballindamm 36, 20095 Hamburg, Germany and where applicable on the website of the Company - www.etf.invesco.com. Shareholders should consult their own professional advisers as to the specific tax implications of the termination under the laws of the countries of their nationality, residence, domicile or incorporation.
