Lamprell Plc11 July 2007 LAMPRELL PLC On 4 July 2007 Lamprell plc sent its shareholder a notification of the amendmentto the Articles of Association of the Company to include a new Article no. 171,as agreed at the AGM held on 11 June 2007. This change is a result of Rule 17AIM Rules in light of the UK's new Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules,which came into force on 20 January 2007. The new article requires that all shareholders must notify the Company when theyhave a "significant shareholding" in the Company. A significant shareholdingrequiring notification is one which reaches, exceeds or falls below 3%, 4%, 5%,6%, 7%, 8%, 9%, 10% and each 1% threshold thereafter up to 100%. The amendmentalso authorises the Company to publicly disclose these details.
