Re: Management Fee change
Dear Shareholder,
This notice is to inform you of the following change to Invesco MSCI World UCITS ETF (the "Fund"), a sub-fund of Invesco Markets plc.

The Management Fee of the Fund shall be reduced with effect on 1 April 2026 from 0.19% per annum to 0.05% per annum.
The above change will not result in any other changes to the Fund.

Shareholders may obtain the Prospectus, a copy of the Supplements, the key investor information documents or key information documents as applicable, the latest annual and semi-annual reports and copies of the Constitution free of charge from the registered office of the Manager or the local representatives in the countries where the Company is registered in as well as from the German information agent, Marcard Stein & Co AG, Ballindamm 36, 20095 Hamburg, Germany and on the website of the Company - etf.invesco.com or - limited to the Prospectus, the key investor information documents or key information documents as applicable - on the website of the relevant stock exchange where the Shares are listed (for Italy, on the website of Borsa Italiana S.p.a. www.borsaitaliana.it). In Switzerland, the Prospectus, Supplements, the key information documents, the latest annual and semi-annual reports and copies of the Constitution may be obtained free of charge from the Swiss Representative and Paying Agent, BNP Paribas Securities Services, Paris, succursale de Zurich, Selnaustrasse 16, 8002 Zurich.
