Lovelace 01 CBP Plc (the "Issuer") hereby gives notice of a clerical error included on page 72 of the Prospectus dated 18 December 2025 (the "Prospectus") in respect of the ISIN for the Class Z Notes.

The Issuer hereby confirms that the ISIN for the Class Z Notes on page 72 of the Prospectus is incorrectly stated as "XS241810590" and should instead be stated as "XS3241810590". The ISIN for the Class Z Notes is correctly stated on page 289 of the Prospectus.

Capitalised terms used, but not defined, in this notice shall have the meaning given thereto in the Prospectus.
