(the "Class A1 Notes")

Further to the announcement in respect of the Class A1 Reset made by the Issuer on 13 November 2020 with RNS number 2632F, the Issuer confirms that it has received a Rating Confirmation from each Rating Agency in respect of the Class A1 Reset and the Class A1 Reset has today (15 December 2020) become effective. A copy of the new confirmation that forms part of the Class A1 Swap Agreement can be found or will shortly be available at the following website:
