The Issuer hereby confirms a new issuance of Notes in the Note Series 2026-1 on 1 April 2026.

The details of the new Notes are as follows:

£283,500,000 Class A Asset Backed Floating Rate Notes due 2029

£30,800,000 Class B Asset Backed Floating Rate Notes due 2029

Reg S ISIN: XS3289972666 / Rule 144A ISIN: XS3290556474

£18,200,000 Class C Asset Backed Floating Rate Notes due 2029

Reg S ISIN: XS3289972740 / Rule 144A ISIN: XS3290560740

The Final Terms have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection, together with the Prospectus, at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
