NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF LISTING ON THE Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority AND CANCELLATION OF ADMISSION TO TRADING ON the main market of the London Stock Exchange plc

Class A Notes due January 2066 (Regulation S ISIN XS2735351012 and Rule 144A ISIN XS2735351798)Class B Notes due January 2066 (Regulation S ISIN XS2735351954 and Rule 144A ISIN XS2735352093)Class C Notes due January 2066 (Regulation S ISIN XS2735352416 and Rule 144A ISIN XS2735352507)Class D Notes due January 2066 (Regulation S ISIN XS2735352846 and Rule 144A ISIN XS2735352929) (the "Notes")

The Master Definitions Schedule, dated 9 January 2024 and signed for the purpose of identification by Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP and Allen Overy Shearman Sterling LLP (formerly Allen & Overy LLP) in connection with the Notes (as the same may have been amended, varied or supplemented from time to time, the "Master Definitions Schedule") is expressly and specifically incorporated into this notice and, accordingly, the expressions defined in the Master Definitions Schedule shall, except where the context otherwise requires and save where otherwise defined in this notice, have the same meanings in this notice and this notice shall be construed in accordance with the interpretation provisions set out in Clause 2 (Interpretation) of the Master Definitions Schedule.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Issuer to each Noteholder in accordance with Note Condition 13 (Notice to Noteholders) that:

(a) the Financial Conduct Authority as competent authority under the UK Prospectus Regulation and the London Stock Exchange plc have each been informed by the Issuer that the Issuer will fully redeem all of the Notes on 20 January 2026 pursuant to Note Condition 5(d)(i) (Mandatory Redemption in Full);

(b) the Financial Conduct Authority as competent authority under the UK Prospectus Regulation will cancel the listing of the Notes on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority with effect from 21 January 2026; and

(c) the London Stock Exchange plc will cancel the admission of the Notes to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc's main market with effect from 21 January 2026.
