The Company has today contacted shareholders in relation to formatting errors in the printed copies of its Annual Report and Accounts 2019/20 and Notice of Annual General Meeting (together, "the Documents").

Please note that these are formatting errors only, affecting page references in the Documents.

Updated and correct versions of the Documents have been posted to shareholders.
