NOTICE FOR THE REDEMPTION OF COVERED BONDS AND NOTICE TO DELIST THE COVERED BONDS ISSUED BY LEEDS BUILDING SOCIETY

£19,250,000 Fixed Rate Series 4 Covered Bonds due December 2018 ISIN: XS1112001067

(the Series 7 Covered Bonds)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 1 October 2019 the Issuer redeemed in full the Series 7 Covered Bonds issued pursuant to the Leeds Building Society €7billion Global Covered Bond Programme.

Following the full and final redemption of the Series 7 Covered Bonds the Issuer intends to cancel the listing of the Series 7 Covered Bonds on the Official List maintained by the UK Listing Authority and the Issuer's admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc of the Series 7 Covered Bonds with effect on 4 November 2019 (being more than 20 business days after today's date).
