NOTICE FOR THE REDEMPTION OF COVERED BONDS AND NOTICE TO DELIST THE COVERED BONDS ISSUED BY LEEDS BUILDING SOCIETY

Date: 17 April 2023

£600,000,000 Fixed Rate Series 11 Covered Bonds due April 2023 (of which £265,631,000 currently remain outstanding) ISIN: XS1979287437 (the Series 11 Covered Bonds)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 17 April 2023 the Issuer redeemed in full the Series 11 Covered Bonds issued pursuant to the Leeds Building Society €7billion Global Covered Bond Programme.

Following the full and final redemption of the Series 11 Covered Bonds the Issuer intends to cancel the listing of the Series 11 Covered Bonds on the Official List maintained by the UK Listing Authority and the Issuer's admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc of the Series 11 Covered Bonds with effect on 18 May 2023 (being more than 20 business days after today's date).
