Innovation Group PLC16 February 2006 16 February 2006 THE INNOVATION GROUP PLC Notice of period end update The Innovation Group plc today announces that, following the cessation ofquarterly reporting as previously notified, it intends to issue regular tradingupdates following its half and full year period ends. The first of these will bereleased on 6 April 2006 in respect of the half year ending 31 March 2006. In addition, the Group confirms that it has posted its Report & Accounts andaccompanying notice of AGM to shareholders. Copies have also been filed with theDocument Viewing Facility of the UK Listing Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, London E14 5HS. The AGM will be held on 6 March 2006 and no trading update will be given.
