As of the market close on October 24, 2019 of the London Stock Exchange, the remaining number of the Global Depository Receipts issued by the Company (the "GDRs") is 39,871,540, less than 50% of the issued number of GDRs which is 82,515,000 as approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
