Notice of Substantial Shareholding
29 September 2009: Titanium Resources Group Ltd (the "Company") was notified on 28 September 2009 that Leopard Titanium Limited has purchased a total of 950,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares"), as set out below. As a result Leopard Titanium Limited now owns 26,477,856 Shares representing 11.30% of the Company's total issued share capital. Leopard Titanium Limited is a company registered in the British Virgin Islands in which Mr. Jean-Raymond Boulle is the sole shareholder and sole director. As previously disclosed, Mr. Boulle also directly owns a further 114,981,497 ordinary shares representing 48.79% of the Company's total issued share capital.
As a result Mr. Boulle's total direct and indirect shareholding in the Company is 141,459,353 ordinary shares representing 60.09% of the Company's total issued share capital.
